A Resource for Dance Education

Workshops based on Emancipation of Expressionism are available on request across the country, with the aim to increase understanding of both the production and the company. All workshops will be delivered by one dance practitioner for Boy Blue.

This is a 3 hour workshop for up to 25 students. In this workshop your students will work through a programme of creative tasks and exercises that unpick the ideas and themes of EoE with reference to the education pack. The workshop will provide your students with the tools to recreate and reimagine the production.

This is a 5 hour workshop with the same group of up to 25 students. The first half of the workshop will be the same as the Half Day workshop. The second session will be focused on learning repertory from the production, including sections of ‘Chariots of Fire’ and ‘B-Points’

"Working with Boy Blue was an amazing experience for our children.  Nuna was exceptional, breaking down each step in a fun way with so much energy that the children couldn’t fail to be inspired.  The final dance was brilliant and the children absolutely loved being able to perform it – and with such confidence.  Thank you, Nuna and Boy Blue"
Kathryn Soulard, Head teacher Greenleaf Primary School
